Day at Sea 20 August 2023
I just love sea days, it gives you the chance to appreciate all the many amenities and activities on the ship.
Breakfast onboard ship at the Marketplace buffet.
I like having breakfast on sea days at the buffet restaurant since it allows me to sleep in later and still have all my breakfast favorites like smoked salmon with cream cheese on a bagel or eggs benedict. They have everything you can imagine even steak and eggs if you want it. The diningroom has floor to ceiling windows on the ocean so it makes for a beautiful start to the day.
Afternoon at The Sanctuary
The Sanctuary offers a relaxing alternativeto to the myriad outdoor activities and entertainment available elsewhere throughout the ship. It's a private refuge to escape completely. It’s a plush, outdoor spa-inspired setting with signature beverages, light meals, massages, attentive service and relaxing personal entertainment.
Fabulous to spend the afternoon here for lunch and relaxation.
Afternoon tea
After a relaxing few hours at The Sactuary it will be time for "Tea Time". Princess continues the British custom of serving high tea in the afternoon. This is quite a nice event everyday. Enjoy a wide selection of teas, or coffee if you prefer, served by attentive waiters in the dining room. The setting is elegant, with a delicious selection of tasty treats: freshly prepared finger sandwiches, cookies and cakes.
After tea time I will go back to the cabin and spend some time on my balcony or take a quick nap in the incredibley comfy bed.
Dinner at 7:30PM in the Capri diningroom
After dinner there is a show in the main show lounge.
The perfect end to a cruise day is a stop at the casino.
